Trail by Torchlight is the Clubs fun winter race held in December, with the perfect opportunity to celebrate the festive period.
The route is a little shy of 5 miles with 750 feet ascent, the course is ideal for a first time fell racer as its well marked and marshalled at key points. With a flat start along the canal there’s always the temptation to head out too quick. With only one sharp climb up Velvet Hill, the others are more rolling to gradual, but also some great downhill and fast sections to get your pace up.
